The Regional Rail "Plan" for Thursday's Eagles Parade is the dumbest most tone deaf thing SEPTA has done to the Regional rail customers in a long time .It's a defacto suspension of service. Rape your regular customers who are working stiffs that try and do the right thing by taking mass transit so you can cater to a rowdy drunken mob.

Regional Rail schedule for Eagles celebration is abominable. It's obvious that you don't want to service your suburban customers, who by the way, are a significant portion of Eagles season ticket holders. No concern for outbound riders trying to get to suburban employers.

104 bus driver calls the cops on the whole bus because 1 it was music playing & 2 he didn’t have his card reader working and caught an attitude when people walked pass without swiping. So the bus is extremely cold he wouldn’t turn the heat on until we got 15mins aways from 69st. WORST BUS DRIVER EVER. Like if you hate ya job than quit!

Bus 8502 on Bustleton... NORMAN, THE DRIVER IS THE MAN! Everyday he greets everyone on and off but today we got in an accident when a truck cut him off. He handed it like a pro. Made sure we were. Ok. Invited driver on to tell his side but as soon as it started to pop off w a passenger who was angry to be late, he told the other driver "thats it... Please step off bus now!" lol. Guy was confused but i know from being on this guys bus that he looks after his riders first!!! But will make sure everyone is safe and nothing star... read more

My son left his camera on the Broad Street Line Friday night rush hour. I called lost and found who put me through to the supervisor who helped us figure out the exact train and put out a call immediately —to no avail. He said “hope springs eternal” and described standard procedure for me to call lost and found the following day—and then said he was going to personally go look for it. Then my husband and son went to Center City (for the car show) and stopped by the booth at City Hall where the SEPTA agent happily returned th... read more

The condition of these seats on SEPTA is deplorable. I had to skip at least 6 seats on this bus I’m currently on before I found one that isn’t visibly filthy. For what you’re charging per ride, I would think cleanliness should be a top priority.

My son missed the 6:40am 84 bus that he usually boards at Rhawn & Torresdale Avenue, so I decided to drive him down to Cottman Terminal so that he can board the bus there. The bus stop at the terminal, so I managed to pass the bus, let my son out, and when he knocked on the bus door the driver would not open the door. The light was red, it was not like we were asking him to stop traffic to let my son in. He just would not open the door because he already closed them and happened to move two feet from the stop. I had to drive... read more
