SEPTA won't just let you down, it will kick you and point and laugh while taunting you that you should have driven to work.
Please keep SEPTA app information updated with statuses and alerts. Today I waited 50 minutes outside in the freezing temperatures at the Bristol train station wondering when the next Trenton train to Center City will arrive. Absolutely no pertaining information or updates were on the website or app. Tried calling customer service only to be put on hold for 15 minutes. This was between 6:40 pm and 7:40 pm. I am user if the SEPTA mobile app. It worked pretty good prior to the change. It's not as user friendly as the prior map. The times are off. The next to arrive and the scheduled times for the subway are completely different, and that difference has absolutely nothing to do with trains in real time. Please fix the app. It's very frustrating to have an app and still don't know the right time transportation is to arrive.
Busses always late sometimes never show, they leave stops early as well.
I catch the El everyday. Why can't you guys clean your trains. They always smell really bad and you can tell they haven't been cleaned in some time. In addition to that, the cloth seats are filthy. I pay good money weekly and have to deal with the smell. It's horrible. Please address this matter. It makes no sense.
Route 6 and 18 have been showing up late or not at all at their schudule times. When you leave a comment on the website there is not reply back.
Everything was late this morning( 2nd time this week) ....I'm pissed! Septa has to do better. We count on you to get to work "ON TIME!" Please do better.
I've previously left a 2 star review on another page, but you're getting 1 now. Three buses on the 66 route just passed in a half hour. Went from one person waiting at the stop to 15, making it even less tempting for a bus to stop. Where's the logic? I'm already aware that there are 2 less buses running the 66 route these days, as per the drivers who care to talk to us, but passing everyone and letting the stop build up is gonna make it even harder for everyone to get a ride. SEPTA KEY WTF>>>>The more and more I use this service, the more and more I hate it,,, it is far from user friendly… I can think of way better web page designs than how SEPTA runs this,,, it has taken me ½ hour to figure out how to load my KEY and I still can’t from the web. WTF…. Extremely upset this service sucks. After 24 years in the military and all that idiot things I’ve seen this is deftly becoming one of the top.
