Just stood up at 69th St terminal cause hazard tape was surrounding the community area not cause of it being broken but cause of homeless people I worked for 9hrs and pay weekly for a pass that's not a excuse they say go to customer service go at 5:06 they close can't even come to the door smh

I was nearly run off the road by a SEPTA driver traveling at 2-3x the posted limit. 7979 was the display number. It was on Hog Island rd. I filed a complaint. Let's see if you care about the citizens that support you and their safety.
Regional Rail line Lansdale/Doylestown in the after is NEVER on time. The worst line in the system, and no one can give us a explanation.

Outdated equipment, outdated infrastructure, terrible customer service. It's amazing that Septa has lasted as long as it has. Constant delays without a single word from any employee as to what's going on, other than to just condescendingly say "Just download the app." It baffles me that other major metropolitan areas can get the public transportation system working right, but for some reason Philadelphia doesn't care. Can't wait for next year's annual strike and fare increase with no visible improvements!
Not bicycle friendly on the regional rail at all!! Contrary to the brochures that say bikes are welcome before 6am, they're saying they will only let you bring your bike on only if the train arrives in center City before 6am and there aren't any trains from Lansdale that do. False advertising, just say no bikes and stop pretending to be bike friendly!
Septa key card customer service sucks! I have put in a request for reimbursement at the end of September 2017 because a machine at 2 nd and market after purchasing a key card did not provide my 10 dollars change! I have called 7 tines and still no update no information on why i was told this is a two week process and it’s almost 2018 And nobody has an answer for me! What I dislike the most about Septa is its extremely rude customer service. From employees in ticket booths and information center to conductors, the majority seems to absolutely hate their job. They will not answer questions, and if they do, they show miserable attitude. They have no empathy for passengers and very often are nowhere to be found when you need them.
