I moved to Glenolden PA in mid September, from Long Island NY. The MTA has its own share of problems. Since moving here and commuting from Glenolden to Chestnut Hill 5 days a week, I have never experienced public transportation like this in all my life. Your trains are always late. For example, one day a week I catch the 12pm from 30th to Chestnut Hill west. It doesn't matter what day I catch this train, IT IS ALWAYS LATE! Today 12/1 it was about 8 minutes late and was supposed to arrive on track 3. The 1208pm train to Trent... read more

It's not okay to pack people on a trolley like sardines because somebody on your end messed up. This shit is absolutely ridiculous right now.

The buses DO run on time I'll give them that. But there are BED BUGS on buses. So you either bring them home if you sit or have to stand the entire ride like I had to tonight on the 92 to west chester.

Bus driver for bus 7441 on November 24th at 6:00pm was being a very nasty condescending jerk. Who made the trip intolerable. He was passive aggressive and made my mother's first trip on SEPTA in 50 years a nightmare. He needs to be fired or at least sent to a few weeks of sensitivity training. Thanks for demoralizing and degrading a widow who hasn't had to worry about mass transit in 1/2 a century.

Piss poor service. Announcements all day thanksgiving the BSL would be running all night instead of buses. 2 hours later no train, no announcement.

Septa the worst system ever. They are never on time, always raising fares and their workers, ESPECIALLY the bus and trolley drivers and ignorant as shit.

Any reason your Rte 47 southbound bus at 8/Carpenter passed by me while I was yelling and waving my hands for it ? I was running from straight on carpenter and was SO close that I saw the driver looking at me.....(I know they will claim I wasn’t AT the stop. BUT there was 1 passenger still getting on and driver accelerated away He clearly heard and saw me I had a 20 minute wait for the next one

SEPTA is a monopoly and a joke none of the buses are ever on time and then when they do get there late the drivers always have an attitude SEPTA really needs to do something about it's 42 bus route to Wycombe anytime between the hours of 12 and 3 the bus is just seem to disappear somebody needs to really do something or put another bus service in play immediately

SEPTA in Delaware County is getting worse every day! Here are some examples: On 11/17/17 a Route 102 trolley sat on S. Woodlawn Ave. in Aldan at 3:30PM right before the North St. Station, causing traffic problems and delays for riders. This car was to already be at the end of the line in Sharon Hill and ready to make its' return trip back! It caused me to miss a connection on the route 109 bus to Chester at Baltimore Pike in Clifton Heights, and the next route 109 bus that was suppose to arrive at 4:04 PM, appeared at 4:15PM... read more
