I've been complaining about the 60 bus for years with no results.Once again tonight the bus never showed and when it did put me and hour and a half late to work?I'm at a complete loss of what to do but if I lose my job I'll be getting an attorney!#septasucks

The new key card system online is pitiful. Every month when I go online to reload the card the system is incredibly slow, rejects my password which has to be reset, then takes a LONG time to accept the temporary password they emailed to me. Just stupid. Every other online payment system works swiftly, not SEPTA's. Also, why have a bus schedule when they are rarely there on time. Every day I take the Wilmington Newark line. And everyday it's late. Today it's over a half hour late. $175 a month and you still can't figure it out?! This is pathetic. Shining example of what happens when competition cannot enter a market.

This by far in all my travels is the absolute worst mass transit i have had to deal with..the drivers , schedules, lack of customer service. Just all bad.
I want to give a big thumbs up to ALL Septa employees! I have been riding Septa since April and I have been impressed each time at the friendliness and professionalism that each employee I have met has shown. Especially with all the obstacles they have to face on a daily basis, from rude riders and rude car drivers to detours due to construction or road work (of which there is too much going on in Philly right now). No rule enforcement, strollers blocking aisles any time of day, no control of teens when school is in session, handicap seating always occupied by strollers, unclean busses ( my 2yr old almost sat on a needle tip), shit service, some rude ass drivers and occasional bed bugs
