From your recent update, you haven't stepped up your game. Try spending a bit for usable goods, that your customers happy and not upset every time they ride your over-priced trains. #tryagain

A Septa bus hit my driver's side mirror, and knocked the housing off. Even though I was parked, when this happened, you said you're not liable! I totally disagree, and will fight that opinion!

I actually can believe that your bus drivers had hundreds of people waiting on 52nd and market waiting on the 52 bus for an hour!!!! Sad! I wish I could give you guys a ZERO!

The worst service! Rude customer service, late service almost all the time, and scheduling stinks. I'm late for work 3 out of 5 days at least due to late service.

SEPTA employees are completely apathetic and don't give a damn. They don't tell you what's happening when there's a delay, and they don't care if a system glitch causes your card to be rejected. Twice I've been treated like a liar and was late for work because the turnstiles tell me my card was used before I got there, which is impossible. The emergency call dispatcher clearly couldn't have cared any less and when I explained my problem, she hung up on me. Can someone explain to me why a bus is scheduled to be at a stop at particular time yet it leaves said stop 10 minutes early? Fares keep rising and service gets worse and worse!!! Buses are either extremely late or extremely early. What is the point in having a stop time if no one sticks to it.

I have a key card and attempted to use the kiosk at 60th Market st. I put an exact amount of $25 in the machine and it spit out a receipt for $.40 for a travel wallet balance when I clearly selected a weekly transpass. No at the station made any effort to help me. Waited on the phone for customer service for over 15 min just for someone to tell me to go downtown to file a complaint. Had to spend what i had left to get tokens. This is not acceptable.
