Septa is rediculous for hiking up their prices. They can never be on time always late. An yet they wanna hike up the prices. How about they get their damn drivers to be on time.
Recently I had a doctor's appoint at Penn Eye Care Scheie Eye Institute. I did not know that I could take LUCY from 30th Street. I was blessed to have a driver by the name of William Wright--Bus 4602 #17704 who help to make my ride very comfortable by explaining the bus route to and from the hospital also the difference between Gold & Green buses. I take the train maybe once or twice a year. I purchased a one day Independence pass on June 25th. The ticket guy hands me a green ticket and says this is the pass. great. I go the Phlly to my event. I get on the train at 30th street to return home...put out the green ticket. The ticket guy looks at my ticket and says it's expired. This is for the buses. Its ludicrous how many times ive been screwed over because a bus arrives at a scheduled stop four minutes early.
HORRIBLE SERVICE. And that stupid new key card is a SCAM! I have to have a separate one for every single member of my own family even thought it's MY FUCKING CASH I am putting in it. I hate that we don't have access to bathrooms, when I was pregnant I had to hold my pee and wet my underwear because I would have to run to a bathroom. Septa Regional Rail has to be the most unreliable form of public transportation in the entire country. Never on time.
So today Septa changed up the 101 schedule. I don't know if they changed every trolley, bus, or trains today but as a frequent rider I never once remember seeing or hearing about a up coming schedule change. So today I thought I was running late and thought I would catch the next trolley. If I had been aware of the schedule change I would have realized that I was in time and could have caught the 8:36 on Springfield road. But no. Can someone please have a talk with the bus driver that handles the 37 bus route from 9 am to 2 pm, Monday through Friday? The speed limit in Airport Business Center is fifteen miles per hour and he exceeds this on a daily basis. There are many lunchtime walkers in the area and I fear that he is going to seriously injure someone. Thank you � in advance.
Worst company ever. I wouldn't mind the rate increase but the 124 and 27 are never on time and overcrowded. And its over 70 degrees out why can't the driver turn on the air conditioning? Of course he is comfortable but what about the comfort of us riders?
