They are raising the fares, yet they can't even do their job! Always late and don't know how to drive!
It's always something either the bus is late or doesn't come at all? They break down.. why are you raising the fares when y'all service is terrible?? #SeptaSucks
I love SEPTA I just wished that they offered helicopter rides, or had hovercraft rentals.

Why was the 47 at 7th and market over 20 minutes late?! I saw one go by at 712/713 and nothing until after 730! We the consumer pay over inflated prices for what exactly?!
My mom left her wallet on the subway this Saturday. The door on the compartment she was on only opened one door and she tripped as well. When my mom realized that she left her wallet on the subway she called me because she doesn't speak English. My mom tried to get the attention of the cashier in the booth. The cashier ignored her. Finally I told my mom to tell the cashier police and that was when the cashier took the phone to help my mom. Lousy service, how many times are you going to patch repair the escalator at Spring Garden L station!? Not to mention the late running times!

The 12 bus serves an area that is not very densely populated, I realize that. However it is NEVER on time and I have been late to work nearly every time I rely on it. Something needs to be done to fix this. It's incredibly bad. I have stood and waited a half hour and not only is the previous bus non existent; the following one is now late.
