Love taking SEPTA to the Stadiums in Philadelphia.
Your Customer Service for complaints is nonexistent. I put in a complaint several times and have yet to hear a response. Your quiet ride is also a joke. A conductor told me today I could not talk on my phone but he talks to passengers everyday...& he doesn't whisper. I often have to put in my headphones while reading because he is talking so loud I can't concentrate. Do conductors have separate rules?? Actually it's not all conductors; just a miserable guy who won't retire because he'd probably have no one to talk to.
The conductor on the 1030 am Warminster train was just very rude and ignorant to a elderly gentleman. Philadelphia needs competition.
I take septa daily and the 11 trolley is always late coming out of Darby and four minutes early to leave out of 13th smh your company offers No apologies no refunds no discount on your awful service but what makes it worse you are planning to up your fare again if this was any other situation I would have taken my business else where. The guys running the trains on Saturday 3/18 From Somerton to Jefferson station and back were are awesome in assisting with our mom in a wheelchair. Thanks for making our trip to the flower seamless!
I rate SEPTA as poor because of their treatment of children. My thirteen year old daughter has been treated rude by SEPTA drivers two times. Today was the worst. I look at the news every morning before my daughter and I leave out. Septa reported no detours or delays for the XH route, I looked very carefully at the list to make sure none of my daughters buses where on the news report. My biggest problem with SEPTA is their employees. Most of them are rude, inconsiderate, and sometimes down right nasty to patrons who pay to use these services. Please do something about this because the longer you allow your employees to treat your customers like crap, the worse it will get. Fire bad employees and hire those who need jobs and aren't going to treat people like dirt.
The absolute worst!!! Wanting all this money and the buses are NEVER on time, the drivers always have attitudes, the buses are dirty and they drive right pass you 80 percent of the time. I would NEVER recommend SEPTA to anyone!! Waiting for the bus now and it's over 45 minutes late!! The worst!! Smfh
