Sub par compared to other transit systems I've been on (Boston, Chicago, New York). Staff is rarely helpful and seem bothered if they actually have to turn on the mic in their booths to answer a question. Suburban lines are slightly better; they'll at least smile while telling you they don't know if the intersection your trying to get to is on the route... And the app is a mess! The escalators at 60th & Market St station are broken down more than fixed and the customer service at this station sucks
