Buses and Trains are the best bc you get to see places you have never seen before and they go pretty much everywhere and it's good for meeting other people at times..... The buses and trains may be late but that's bc they are a large vehicle to operate n the operators) operate them as safe as possible..... Just think if there was no septa u be forced to buy a car n if u can't afford a car then u can't get to ur job just something to remember n think of when ur out there.... I can't even list all the reasons I hate septa.
Septa official ruined my morning I waited 40 minutes for a bus that is suppose to come every ten minutes and despite leaving my house an hour and a half early I will be late for work I could understand if the roads were filled with snow and traffic but they were not in fact it was very clear this morning and now I lose money even though I did what I needed to get to work on time septa really sucks
Why do the bus drivers LOOK RIGHT YOU, close the doors and as although we are knocking on the door, STILL PULL OFF. Today the route 60 bus was leaving the stop (K&A) at 8; 30, which is 2 minutes ahead of the schedule. I crossed the street IN FRONT of her bus, the light changed and she closed the doors literally in my face. Now I'm late for work. One star due to rude/ignorant acts by drivers.

How about working on your tardiness before raising the fares next time? I won't say ALL, but MOST of your routes are HARDLY EVER on time. MANY of your drivers are careless which says a lot about management.
This system is a pure joke. For the 17 years on and off.. and possibly more before I made this commute, you continually ignore the needs of commuters needs to and from The King of Prussia Mall. The 124/125 routes need either a double bus or a lot more buses per hour than what is scheduled. There is absolutely no reason for shoppers and workers to have to stand for on this route. Depending on traffic, this route can be 20 mins from The Wissahickon transfer center or 2+ hrs. Please help me understand why we have to pay extra z... read more
