Some consistency in schedules would be nice. Often, not only are the suburban trolleys late, they don't even show up. Why are some time slots skipped all together? It's Saturday morning but some of us still have to get to work.
Since when do your driver's pick which stops they want to stop at? You guys lost your damn mind. And you want to raise fares.

I have worked downtown a block from city hall and right by suburban station for nearly 11 years now. Most of the time, I take the bus to work. Septa schedules are complete bullshit..lie after lie..they got the nerve to strike and demand shit but they cant keep a schedule.. lots of times they don't show up at all not to mention when they're late they decide to just drive right by people so they could try to catch up on their schedule they're a bunch of ignorant unprofessional assholes I've met a lot of really cool drivers unfortunately there is few and far between

They don't respond to complaints constructively, just apologize and their schedules are sometimes a farce. They have a hell of a nerve wanting to increase the fares which are already the highest in the country. But it does beat driving long distances.
