One of the worst train/bus system in my experience. Trains are ALWAYS late, because its too hot out, or too cold, or its raining, or equipment breaks down or just because they can't keep on schedule. Unfortunately we are stuck.with this miserable system which uses the bad experiences of its riders to continuously demand more of our tax money .

Is there any particular reason the Fox Chase Line blew by Ryers station at 7:17 this morning without notifying the people waiting of anything? You had on the electronic screens that the train was supposed to be on time, and on your website 10 minutes late.The next train to center city didn't arrive until 7:26 and blew past the stop. We waited until 7:47 to board a train. I had spoken to a gentleman at 30th street station who informed me that they turned the 7:17 into an "express". During rush hour on Market Street the buses need to stay in the bus lane and stop playing leap frog. Between City Hall and 5th Street I saw at least four near misses.

Your "transportation system" is pure garbage you need to get your act togather you're never on time and most of your drivers have attitude problems it makes me sick that you would up the fare to $2.25 with such poor service

You buses are almost never on time. Their either early or late. I understand stuff can cause a bus to be late. But when one bus is early or exactly on time and the next one is late and has a slow driver it's not right. People have places to be and some people can't afford cars so you are what gets them there. The 66 is usually fine but the 20 is usually early or late and you never know which it will be.

Dear SEPTA, while getting on to a train this evening the train began to move. This may not have happened if any attendant had been on the platform or even stuck their head out the window they may have noticed us getting on the train. The attendant then confronted my friend and I as soon as we got on the train and said we were kicked off and had to get off at the next stop because apparently stepping on the train and having it begin to move is dangerous. I see an add for tje SEPTA app but it is bull ****. I can't have it on "my device" because it only works with one kind of phone and one kind of tablit. The stupidety of makeing an app for a select few instead of first reliceing an android app that works on MANY PHONES and MANY TABLETS. I hope this stupid mistake is corrected.

Septa, I would like to know why my 109 bus got to 69th street @ 9:37 when it is supposed to get to 69th @ 9:28!!!!?? Since the 109 pulled into 69th LATE it caused me to MISS my 108 bus that pulls off @ 9:30. I almost always make my 9:30 108 bus, since 109 pulled in mad late I am now late for work. I am the last 108 stop as I work @ UPS' Airport Hub located at, ~Philly International Airport~.
