I ride the Septa 139 bus in Spring City, Pa... This bus is the K.O.P bus or the Limerick or Royersford bus. It all depends what way your going and what time you catch the bus. I want to say the bus driver FRANK who was the bus driver for me at the 5pm bus going towards K.O.P is a very good soul and very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. I believe in public transit. I do not bitch at the price. But you are making Uber look worth the price. Tonight there is something wrong with regional rail. What, I can't say. Messages are basically non existant at Market East...but then they often are. The boards were so inaccurate that I went with west trenton over trenton based on the delay time and when i got down on track 1, in glided an unannounced trenton train. Septa is the worst transfertion company in the city of Philadelphia.The bus fares are too high and some of customer service agents & driver's are very nasty. when you walk up to the counter to make a purchase they act like their busy & you just interrupted a conversation, the bus drivers act like they can't bother to stop bus or get upset when you tell them the sign is wrong. The 57 Bus #3922 Southbound has been a minimum of 20 minutes late or not even shown every single night for nearly 2 weeks in Center City. It is now 1:02am. The bus was supposed to be here at 12:40am. There are multiple people waiting. If I were to be this late to my job on a daily basis, I would be fired immediately. This is absolutely unacceptable, and I would like information on how to file a formal complaint please.
Terrible service. Overpriced passes. No staff members to inform passengers of lateness except for a out of date prompter. The trains are usually late. The lack of staff is astounding especially the conductors. The treatment you have for your passengers is appalling especially when it comes to communication or the lack there of. Commuters deserve better who take SEPTA. We should not have to pay for this service if SEPTA always is slacking.
My husband spend almost $60 per week for a pass. He had been on train 222 since 4:40!!!! Leaving Wilmington and now he is told to get off and the train is canceled in Darby with no way home! What is going on!?!?!?!? It’s freezing out!!!! This is ridiculous!
