so I getting off the bus at Frankford terminal heading towards getting on the el. I put my keycard to walk through the handicap doors since people were getting off the el and walking through the turnstiles coming the opposite way. As I walked through a lady was walking through the door flaps that open up and we kind of squeezed by each other. This septa guy who thought he was some boss tells me to come back through. Beats driving!! My overall experience with SEPTA has been very positive. As I look out the train window at the parking lot that is 95, I'm glad I chose public transportation!!
Something NEEDS to be done about the Warminster line's lateness!!! It is awful lately. 4 hours each day is too much!! No wonder the refunds stopped... SEPTA would b bankrupt!!!
Clocks at train stations aren't synced, track switches aren't always announced, quiet cars are enforced loosely at best. But! The staff is always friendly, so that almost helps me feel better than the company hasn't reached the 21st (or even 20th) century yet.
I just saw a video on Facebook of the eagles going down broad st between chestnut and market st ,there were 3 buses that pulled up and blocked hundreds of people from seeing the eagles from go by ,why were them buses on the broad st anyway ..totally unacceptable and someone need to lose there job for that ..
