This SEPTA driver on 33 bus #7310 knows customer service, for he was professional, polite, and communicatesd well with the passengers - with a friendly greeting and info about a detour that was out of his control. He apologized for any convenience. Also, he helped a fellow driver as she helped in him in return. Sweet! I hope to see more drivers like him. Thank you, Mr. Bus Driver.

Have had a lot of bad experience over last 2 decades. Bus drivers passing by stops and the late trains mostly.

Septa’s new turnstiles in Market East Station are a total nightmare. As a reverse commuter leaving CC at rush hour, it has always been a hassle entering the station against the flow of the horde of commuters disgorged from arriving trains. Now it’s even worse with people clogging every turnstile exiting. There is no way to get through going the opposite way. This is only going to get worse when these are fully operational. Great design!

On JFK Blvd and 17th around 2:15p today in my car, Bus driver cuts 4 lanes to left. I’m in far left lane, almost hits me. I’m laying on my horn, he’s still coming. My tires and rims hit the curb, to avoid being hit. Driver could have cared less I was there. Reckless driving and careless attitude.

Recently I was in a accident involving a Septa bus.The accident was 100% the bus drivers fault..turning into me without a turning signal resulting in my mirror being knocked off.Septa is taking no responsibility for the negligent drivers actions.Its disgusting.I am not going away and willing to fight until I am reimbursed for the damage Septa did.Jean Kauffeld property damage supervisor determined they are not responsible all while the driver stated herself ..she was not sure if she had her turning signal on or not lol...Sep... read more
