If I can give a negative 10 out of 5, I would. I’ve used so many subways and buses around the world and I have yet to see a transportation system worse than this one. Buses are usually half an hour late (and that’s if you’re lucky), and when they finally decide to show up, they come in packs of 3 or 4, or you know, 3 that are not in service which means a whole new eternity of waiting. I’m really sick of being late for work. The R bus really just runs when it feels like. Like today, I’m actually leaving extra early to get to work at 12pm. I work in center city. The 10:58 bus never showed. This is after the transit app i used recalculated the arrival time at least 4 times. And since it’s Sunday I have to wait another 20 minutes for the next, IF that one decides to show. It doesn’t matter which direction the bus is going, it’s always late or just doesn’t show up at all. the 124/125 Southbound buses are NOT supposed to stop at Wissahickon Transfer Station but they sure as hell do on a daily basis.

Fix the bus 21 schedule. I've been waiting at 4th and Walnut since 7:16 pm and I JUST got picked up. Google Map and your app lists two (or maybe three) pick ups between 7:16 and 7:50. This is the THIRTEENTH TIME I've been stuck at that bus stop for more than 15 minutes.
Making A and B stops from 7am to 8am would be bearable if the els didn't come so infrequently. So again, I'm having to run for my train again and praying that it's late!

Fuck your bus driver. Always stop in the middle of the fucking road. And never watch the traffic coming. Almost crash into my car, and still think they didn’t do anything wrong . Fuck you. 10mins drive become 30 min drive, because of your fucking bus driver sucks.
