SEPTA is a joke. Customer service is nonexistent. Your employees act as though they are providing us a free public service, when in actuality we pay a pretty penny to utilize your services. Your cost keep on rising (2 increases in the one year I've been utilizing septa) but your service just keeps declining. You almost came out with a better app, but it never seems to really work. Septa key cards is full of shit it charges you 200 dallor if you tap the card again if the card don't work the first time and I don't see why when you have a transpass on it and then you gotta wait two weeks for you to get it back not on ya card but they give it to you in credit I might want to spend it on something else instead of what they forcing me to spend it on pay attention to y'all cards and don't tap twice even if the driver tell you to
At Suburban Station I swiped to enter the stairwell area, then had to swipe again to get to a different track after they moved my train. The card didn’t swipe through the second time so they directed me to an open gate. Then I missed my train because the clocks STILL ARE NOT SYNCED.
SEPTA IS THHHHEEEE WORST. I left mad early, made sure I damn near had triple the time that I needed to get to my destination on time.... Still late. They will make you late to your own damn funeral. Pitiful
The new turnstiles are a mess. And having people swipe the transpass is beyond stupid. That flimsy little card is going to get mangled. Not to mention lost since people now have to remove the pass from wallets, lanyards, holders, etc. You have exceeded beyond bad.
I wish I could rate 0/5 stars. I got just denied a ride in 95 DEGREE WEATHER after a long shift at work because I left my pass home. I explained saying "I got a ride to work to this morning and forgot my bus pass could I get on still? She just argued and argued with my saying fare is 2.25(its actually 2.50) and to get off. The last time I checked drivers can not denie riders.

THANK YOU!! many thanks go to the two SEPTA conductors on the 5:09 train from the 30th Street Station on the way to the airport. My fiance left his backpack on the platform and we didn't realize it until the train was pulling away. The conductors kept their calm, eased my fears and escorted us back to the station. They said that many left bags get turned in to lost and found and not to worry. When we arrived at the station, the bag was still there and nothing was taken. Route 11 today coming out of Darby to Center City was both very late and no shows! I’m also seeing Route 34 on the 11 route - that is not supposed to be happening. They’re acting like track work has already started. That’s not until 10:00 PM TONIGHT! Get the dates and times straightened out. Septa doesn’t even take complaints seriously.
