The Key Card System is Ridiculous for all the reasons stated by the rest of the ridership. The buses are filthy and need to be EXTERMINATED. There is a Bed Bug Issue that needs to be handled example Routes R & 26. Handle it.
I was wondering if SEPTA does anything to prevent infestation of bed bugs on their buses. I recently talked to someone who showed me a video of bed bugs crawling all over a fabric seat on a bus. Do you fumigate or anything? Really dont want to ride buses now.
everyday the route 89 in either direction comes when it wants..case in point I have been at this bus stop since 4:06.....the bus was due at 4:36...before Aug 27th it arrived between 4:03 and 4:11...
Recommendedu guys are doin good with the new upgrades at the stations and the SEPTA key cards is much better I also would like to that a driver helped me get to where I needed to go on the 50 he drove pretty quick and safely keep up the good work!

Bus #8058 on the 64 route was unable to make the turn from 29th to reed at 7:35 pm.
only been using it last 3 days recently this week bad experience all around. buses arrive late, buses leave early, bus left as i approached and knocked on door.cant wait to get car going cause septa you are horrible
Service is ridiculous and completely unreliable.... damn shame.
Customer service is bad, they don't fix the trolley tracks that cause damage to cars, and their clerks are just plain rude when you try to file a complaint. SEPTA needs to go away or privatized.
