Septa is the worse transit company i have ever encountered. Been standing at the Franklin mills stop since 6:10 am this morning and no 20,they had to call in back up bus at 6:39...everyone on the bus cussing out the driver and it ain't his fault. You guys need competition and then you'll do better,but i guess you won't when politics is involved.
the busses with the chairs that have the carpet on them are the worse. Many times when I was on the buses with the carpet chairs I have been bitten by fleas. why won't SEPTA get rid of these nasty dirty chairs that have bugs and other insects. Pluss the chairs are so filthy, I am afraid to sit down.
Always late, buses skip you and the CS never try to help you out.
rude workers. dirty buses and trains. lack of security. the new key card is the stupidest thing ever and is obviously a money making endeavor. not to mention, registering for the key card account is harder than getting into fort Knox. never have I ever heard of an activation link taking over 18 hours- and no, it still hasn't arrived. I tell everyone to use Uber and Lyft. less stress and cleaner.
Septa is literally the worst!!! If your ever visiting Philadelphia i repeat don’t get on the buses and trains❗️Not only that i got robbed on the trolley and beaten outside the trolley & you what the trolley driver did NOTHING HE KEPT DRIVING didn’t even close the doors on the girls!!!!!! AND PEOPLE SPEND ALL THIS MONEY ON SEPTA TRANSPASSES EVER WEEK OR MONTH! AND YOU THINK THEY WOULD HAVE BETTER SECURITY TO PROTECT YOU ON THESE CROWDED ASS BUSES AND TRAINS BUT NOPPPPEEEE YOUR ON YOUR ON!

Completely worthless in every way. They never stick to schedules. The buses and trains are never clean and riddled with actual human filth and waste. And you have a 1 in 5 chance of sitting on a syrynge or in piss. And at least a 2 in 5 chanche of being assaulted at any point. Unless you drive yourself to the regional rails you'll never meet up with them.
Clean the trains - cars have not been cleaned in 20 years !!!! We are paying highest price in the country for commute and are disgusted to sit with our office clothes on the train seats, sticky floors, speared walls, etc etc.
On behalf of my fellow riders on the Chestnut Hill West line, who get on at the Tulpehocken Station, please take care of the extreme overgrowth of vines and weeds taking over the Inbound platform. There’s barely enough room to stand. This is the worst it’s been and no one has been out to trim them back at all this season. Thanks!
