an all too common day on septa: checked my keycard balance and i had $7 i swipe my card to get on the el and it is declined. i checked my balance again and it says $5. the operator says i can call a manager on a box. the manager rudely accused me of lying even though i can read my balance on my phone and take screenshots because i already dont trust septa. she says i have to call customer service. i wait 30 minutes on hold. i was already late so i bought a one time pass. it does not work but the booth guy finally lets me on ... read more
Inept. Schedules changed today, but they failed to provide the PM schedule for the 58 bus. Just the AM schedule, and then it rolls to the Saturday schedule.
Literally got bug bites all over my back and neck from riding the bus for 10 minutes. Beware! You'd think in 2018 the SEPTA would look out for customers and remove the fabric from the seats so we can ride in peace.
the service is a joke the customer service is a joke and they charging us a fortune for it we should boycott septa the same way they always go on strike
I recently used my Septa Key with a weekly transpass loaded onto it, and the turnstile froze. I was then charged for 2 separate 1 dollar transfers, putting my account into the negative, even though i had a weekly pass loaded. This prevented me from adding another transpass the next week, and i was told i needed to pay the dollar, (now 3 dollars stolen from me) to load a transpass onto my card, or that i need to wait up to 3 weeks for a refund. Leave it to SEPTA to cancel a train 5 minutes before it arrives and force you to wait an hour for another train. There's never any apology or sympathy for the inconvenience they impose on their riders. Yet they continue to raise fares and the service continues to go downhill. 👎🏾👎🏾
septa is a rip off with the key card
Hi Septa, can you please stop allowing your trains to leave the station before the time they are scheduled to leave. I ran half a mile to my train station this morning to get to the station 3 full minutes before it was due to leave, and it was already gone. Now I have to wait 40 minutes for the next train to arrive. This happens way too frequently
Even their motto seems to recognize the fact that they are subpar “we’re ‘getting’ there.” Yet, even that is too optimistic.
