This is the SECOND keycard that has stopped working. My son uses it to get to and from school. I do not have money to keep giving him out of my pocket after I have already put money on to the keycard and it doesnt work. I am a single parent and I am not rich at all. I need for SEPTA to do something about these keycards malfunctioning so easily.
