No kind of slip protection or anything on the el platform despite it being snowing and icy rain all days. Go down after trains just suspended and fall on the platform. Public trans could be literal horse and buggies and would be more reliable then septa

thank god i don’t take septa. i just saw piles of septa buses immobile like this was a surprise storm. it’s not! plan ahead and put snow tires on your buses!! hundreds of commuters stranded and feeling hopeless because of ill planning! shameful!
Today, November 12, the 118 bus was rerouted from 10:30 to 12:30 due to a parade I had no idea was happening until I arrived in Media. I also had no idea that the bus was rerouted as there weren’t ANY signs or notices anywhere. If communication with your riders is your top concern, making sure there are notices at every bus stop, especially if it’s named on the schedules.
I just want to let you know that when there was only 5 people were on the train, I placed My bags on the other side of the seats. your employee tried to charge the number of my lugged which was 7 instead of 2. THERE WERE NO ONE THERE, IT WAS ON THE 6:15PM FROM DOYLESTOWN PA. This man didn’t even help putting the bag, on the rack. I am small and can’t lift the heavy stuff, of course I dropped my luggage, but he didn’t help at all, so I somehow put it on the rack. I’m a frequent user of the R100 line, and generally, a big fan. I notice that the Matsonford Station has now re-opened after (over) two years of renovation and I’m certain, many millions of dollars of construction expense. Please explain the logic of such a lengthy and expensive project for a local station with only 13 parking spots. The parking spaces are filled by early morning - after that, virtually no-one can use the station for the rest of the day. The workers and transit police are never helpful in removing the guy who has been selling illegally bred innocent animals on the westbound platform at city hall. This guy right here...sells these poor critters every summer and is now back today. He saw me set off the alarm and then headed up into the street where this was taken. Im ashamed of my city for not ending the cruelty...after 3 friggin yrs. He has no license amd has no idea on how to care for them.
Lazy conductors, late trains, puss poor service and too high prices. Get it together!
