My son who is 15 arrived to Cecil b Moore to use his school pass. He arrived 7 and the pass was over at 7. I spoke with a supervisor and she was so nasty and rude. She hung up on me twice. Long story short my sone walked from north Philadelphia to mt. Airy on a very dark night. All the money septa makes they couldn’t accommodate us in any way on top of ruse customer service. It’s so sad this how much they care about the Philadelphia children
I am finding it hard to understand why all of the sudden my daughter has to stand in line for 20 minutes at the Temple station to buy a ticket. She has missed her train 2 times because of this. Tonight after she stood on line they ran out of change and she was forced to use a credit card. That is pathetic! Employees are miserable and they don’t hide it. Gotta love it. In the Quiet car with Supervisor sitting in front of me. A family of 5 get on and no one does anything while they are loud and excited in the QUIET CAR. sucks.
Drivers block intersection
Dumped their passengers off at a station and don't even give a common courtesy of providing transportation. This is not how you treat riders.

RecommendedThe Septa Kiosk was broken at Broad and Hunting Park and they didn't post a sign letting anyone know , I used the machine and it took my $80.00 that I had to go towards my monthly transpass, and I don't have a transpass nor do I have my money. I called Septa but they are trying to give me the run around. Let's see if they give my attorney the run around when I sue the company for stealing my money!😡 I DO NOT RECOMMEND SEPTA
The subway is always on fire and the Septakey needs serious improvements
