The fact your trains NEVER EVER EVER EVER run on time on the weekend. The media train is constantly 10-20 mins late. You need to adjust the schedule to reflect reality. You also need coordinate with google so they have accurate information about your scheduled. Please fix your phone system so that as soon as hit 1 get transferred to customer service, it is so annoying waiting through the entire message and cost me minutes. It would be also excellent if you CSR's had accurate LIVE info and gave it out instead about giving out... read more

Thank you, SEPTA, for retrieving my backpack off the bus, texting me at 9:30 at night to tell me it was found. Fully intact, all contents. Oh, and that time SEPTA called me because I left my TrailPass on the train. And that jacket at Suburban Station... and the umbrella... SEPTA works for me!

My experiences have been abysmal st best. When I try to catch an early bus(this one was scheduled for 6:52 @ my stop) the bus driver blows right past the stop with me standing right there! I even had 1 driver beep and wave as he drove by me. Also, when are you going to have later buses. It is ridiculous that as a woman who works weird shifts, after midnight I have to call an uber to get home. I struggle to have bus faire every week!I can't afford the $30 weekly uber faire as well!Buses should be available until 2:30 am consi... read more

I have a disabled card which is $1.25 a ride& 0.50 for a transferred ride. I ran out of money on my card but had cash in my pocket. I showed my card and tried to give her $1.25 in cash. I was told that as of Oct 1, if you don't have $$ on your card, you will have to pay full fare by cash! That's a bunch of BS! Disabled people need to protest this!

every day the train comes with not enough cars. everyone is packed in like cattle and standing room only that even the conductors can't get through to check the passes. you take our money no problem but have made it a dreaded experience each day.

I was on a train (10:52 from Doylestown, car #827) when we lost all power. I just wanted to commend the conductor, Valentino, for a job well done. He kept everyone calm while he was under pressure. He is one of, if not, the best conductors on the Regional Rail.

After two weeks of altered schedules for the Amtrak Switch Replacement Project, the Trenton line continues with delays and switch problems again this morning. Come on Septa, enough already!
