There is no one policing the 69th street station suburban station bus depot. There are homeless people laying all over sestd inside where paying customers would like to sit as well. Why does this keep happening? Very disrespectful to those who make an effort and work hard every day and I’m disabled too!

Drivers/Conductors are rude with their negative body language and sometimes their mouths. I know that you the Management tell your drivers/conductors too keep their mouths shut, and whether a customer is handicap or not, and ask for the ramp down to just put it down! Again it's so sad that the nasty body language and mouths are mostly from Black-Americans Male/ Female.

There are far too many rude operators. Why the elderly and disabled have to ask to have the bus lowered? They are in violation of the ADA(American Disability Act). At the rate they are going SEPTA are going to face penalties. It is discriminatory not to make sure the disabled and elderly can access public transportation.

Today my daughters student transpass didn’t work because school accidentally gave her 2 of last weeks. Instead of allowing her to ride since she’s by herself in a uniform out in the cold at 7 am the driver chose(it is each drivers discretion) not to allow her to ride without payment. My daughter was able to scrounge up $1.50 so the driver felt it was necessary to further embarrass her and ask strangers getting on the bus if they were going to pay for her. He also asked whether it was her mom that dropped her off at the bus s... read more

Some drivers need a customer service refresher course. I was threatened to be thrown off a 73 bus in 30° weather for expressing a complaint about him leaving us standing in the cold for 25 minutes.

Inconsistent service, rude ignorant drivers, ineffective customer service, constant rate hikes, strikes more consistent than bus schedules
