they're always late. always. if you need to be somewhere even close to a specific time, especially on a weekend, do not take SEPTA. it's the worst.

A couple weeks ago I purchased a septa key card. It worked fine the first week. That weekend I loaded a weekly TransPass for the following week. It worked fine on Monday, but then on Tuesday it did not work and I had to get off the bus and find another way of getting home. I checked my key account and the TransPass I had loaded on and that had worked perfectly fine the day before, was gone, and my account said I was -$1.05. It's a shame when your 45 minute commute home is actually SHORTER than waiting for the bus. At least a 45 minute wait every day. and it only gets worse if theres any hint of an excuse to be late. You could wait an hour and a half if it's raining. There is also no predictable schedule. Looking at a bus schedule could make you laugh or cry in frustration.

All of the station platforms a slippery even if you are trying to walk you still end up slipping all you have to do is take a dry mop and wipe it up to help some what

Always late. And not just irregular service. The train is late because crew sit and chat. Because crew wait for that one person who is late and running. The crew can’t figure out how to open doors. The crew don’t realize certain doors aren’t open. A regular occurrence... 742am departing Lansdale towards Center City gets in approximately 730am to Lansdale and still never leaves on time. It is becoming common place on the Chestnut Hill East Septa Regional Rail Line to expect fewer cars during the rush hours of the day whenever inclement whether appears. Too often the 40+ year old trains pull up with just two cars to receive the 100's of riders who depend on the Southeastern Transportation "Authority" to get them through their daily commute. theres a piece of wood fell on me earlier in 15th street station im so upset but the train is coming thats why i just ignored it i didnt got hurt anyway but srsly. what if someone will got hurt more if the ceiling continue to fall off around the station i hope the construction will be done soon 😒
