septa blows septa still blows
Imagine being a young entrepreneur, running back and forth throughout your day and having to rely on Septa.
The Norristown High Speed Line is down because of signal issues. Septa personnel are directing folks to shuttle buses out back of 69th Street terminal only to find out after 45 minutes that there are no shuttle buses. They are now directing folks back to MFL to 30th Street & suggesting the Regional Rail lines. Septa needs to get it together! At o e point there were hundreds of people waiting for 45 minutes with false information before they were redirected
This is the worst bus system in the country by far. It's so bad that customer service doesn't even try, they just hang up on you.
Constantly late, nothing but staffing issues and mechanical problems. Been taking septa every day for the past six years because I have no other choice than to drive into the city. Today, both the blue line and regional line was way behind or cancelled trains. By far one of the worst transit systems in the country.
$200 down the train every month for the trains to constantly be late, inconvenient schedule changes, poor service.. the list goes on and on.
The prices keep going up, but the service keeps getting worse and worse.
I don't recommend you use it. I have numerous bad experiences, mainly late trains, broken down trains, trains that pass my station that are empty during rush hour etc....... today however I was on the 3:44 from 30th St to Trenton. Air compressor problems kept us at Bristol Station for almst 2 hrs (approx). Instead of calling alternate transportation for us asap, they waited 2 hrs and 20 minutes before doing so.
