Happened at 5:00PM on March 5, 2019 in the Walnut-Locust Station. Two female SEPTA Key Standby employees in uniform were manning the key machines and as soon as I approached the machine, they told me the machines were not working despite they appear to be working and when I wanted to use the machine to double check if I was in luck the machine goes back live again because I had no funds in my key card (plus I realized after that all machines and their SEPTA Key website were all down), the female employee argued at me by “not... read more
Often out of schedule. Do not have enough cars for people that have to stand (especially on the days before the holiday).
Unreliable..Rude.. Predictably bad.
Whoever makes the awful decisions about scheduling should be fired. Today was ridiculous and septa should feel shame for the kind of ‘so called service’ they provided. Today’s trains should have have run on a normal schedule. The way you heartlessly pack in the people desperate to get home like sardines. I can’t believe what you get away with. Shame on you.
You throttled the service today for no reason. You have done less for worse storms. Stop creating service disruptions for no reason at all. No excuses for today at all.
Must be the worst railroad in the country. A bus company attempting to operate a railroad. Failing miserably in the process
I pay almost 100 dollars a month for transportation and they are always late and unreliable very unprofessional and rude!
It would be nice if septa drivers actually showed up when they were supposed to . People have jobs and we have to rely on them and they still screw up. I pay alot to take septa and for them to bs with OUR time is crazy.
