always late. constant equipment failures and no employees ever care
your busses are never on time or just won't show up. customer service is horrible.
SEPTA sucks they NEVER come on time and no matter how early I get to the stop its ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS LATE and the app sucks also they cost way too much most of the drivers are rude and disrespectful I think we need a new public transit service and get rid of SEPTA
septa is the worst service and if they break down it takes over 30 minutes to get the problem fixed as well as wont reimburse you for there problem that makes you late to work and loose money but they get paid for making you late and it makes no sense or there lack of caring about there costumers is a shame . i would not recommend using it if you can cause all they care about is profits and not service and thats nocway to run a company!!!!!!

what is the point of printing schedules and posting them online if nobody (including drivers) don't follow them
bus drivers with better attitude towards customers, especially elderly one who ask to lower the bus. buses and trains run on time and when late not get a bus driver w/ attitude saying " if the bus before me was late that's not my problem"
Poor customer service.
You guys screwed people over that use the system very infrequently by doing away with tokens and paper transfers. Update: I used the Keycard for a “transfer” today and it charged me the full $2 fare. One way trip to an interview. It was only 20 mins between trolley/bus. Didn’t know until I got back to the terminal and tried to take the trolley home.
