You guys screwed people over that use the system very infrequently by doing away with tokens and paper transfers.

One of the most expensive public transit systems on the east coast with the worst service. Customer service is a nightmare and completely incompetent.
Normally I can understand a bad day, but I was just on the southbound 55 buss, number 7417 @ 8:45 p.m I got on at heart road. I scanned my card which I filled on the 31st it worked yesterday and this morning. The driver tells me my cards empty. Which I have $11.00 in my travel wallet, just in case. So he said to call.
