Disappointing services. No checks on the bus drivers. I take the 64 from Parkside loop and the bus would leave with a sign that says "off duty" and when I called to complain I was told the bus was in South West Philly. The driver left as an Out of service bus and switches sign to make up for time whole not picking passenger. We pay monthly for passes and have pay for Uber to get to work on time. That's defruding customers.
This whole SeptaKey was a horrible idea..I put money on the card and the system goes down so my account goes into the negative and I can't get to work. then your customer service seems to be on the same network so now I can't even get help for the problem. This has happened to me twice now and I never get reimbursement for the extra money I have to pay to get to work
I ride the regional rail. everytime I ride the conductor charges me a different rate. why are rates not posted on trains or anywhere for that matter? Go ahead and try looking it up.

Hard to imagine a more filthy and neglected transportation system. I am not sure why there are so many ambassadors standing around while the stations are crumbling, covered in urine and filth. The whole place needs power washing twice weekly and serious renovations throughout. The cost of transit far exceeds the quality of service and facilities. I would be embarrassed to have friends or family from out of town see this crumbling system.
Why does the conductor keep the last car closed on Regional rail line? The cars are getting crowded. With the weather getting colder, most customers dress in heavy oversized coats. This is resulting in overcrowding in the cars. The conductor's EXCUSE is that because the cars towards the middle of the train are empty (they were not). First of all, are we, as paying customers supposed to walk back & forth between cars on a moving train. That's not acceptable when the last car is TOTALLY EMPTY. As a disabled person, I feel that I should be allowed to travel free using my SEPTA Key "Reduced Fare Card"; my fare may be US$1.25 with a 50-cent transfer for one or two additional rides. Seniors get to ride SEPTA free, so why can't I? This is unfair for Persons with Disailities who are heavily reliant on SEPTA
