I've experienced several of SEPTA's shenanigans over the years. However, what I saw today? If I didn't have to ride SEPTA, the whole system would never see me again. This afternoon (Sunday, November 25, 2018), a disabled man was standing at the 6th and Main Route 11 Trolley stop in Darby going towards Philadelphia around 3:30 pm. Today is Sat Nov 24, 2018. I am currently waiting for the 66 and have been waiting since 6:55am. YAccording to your schedule 2 of these bus should have came already and not had shown up. I am at Frankford and Tyson it is cold and according to your published schedule i would have made it in time. Unfourtunalety due to the bus the 6:59 and 7:21 bus never showing up i will be late. This happens a lot during the weekend the buses in Route 66 are NEVER on time!!
personnel do not know procedures for selling tokens to disabled individuals. I was denied the sale of tokens when presented a valid CCT ID card at Olney transportation center at 1:30pm on 11/24 was told I need additional ID I wasn't aware Septa employees can add additional procedures at will seeing I had followed proper procedure numerous times in the past and verified this with a call even the recording states the same procedure of one ID.
Trains are ALWAYS late or short cars. They should take lessons on how to do it from other big cities who know how to do it. Disgraceful!

this morning 11/15 on the direct bus to ftc that arrived at Cottman ave @ 7am bus #7447 was driven by a driver making racist comments after an encounter with an asian passenger. As the passenger walked away he said "he likes won ton soup and fried rice". perhaps diversity training would be beneficial to this driver
very unreliable scheduling.
