Because it’s either late or to early. But mostly late making miss my bus home. Ever single night I have to wait at Darby transportation center for the next 113 bus just to arrive home a hour after I should of been home septa is the most unreliable transportation ever
The representatives at the turnstiles are always blocking the way so you can't slide your pass and go on. They are also talking to each other and not paying attention to what is happening

Because of this driver - cut us off in a dangerous way - started coming into our lane (left lane) - on the Schuylkill no less - with no warning. Here's a tip for this driver - just because you put your signal on doesn't mean it's safe to come over. We were in the lane and there was nowhere for us go go to get out of the way in time. It's a miracle he didn't hit us. He should have made sure there was actual room for him to come in. I thought we were dead.
because you're organization or drivers dont care about the riders and being on time. change name to Scam Pennsylvania Transportation Authority, everyone hates you and all full of lies, you need to be hit in the wallet then maybe you would change.
They are some angry people who works there! I'm currently on the Warminster train and the guy collecting the money was so rude and didn't close the door to leave on schedule cause he wants to argue with a female passenger to the point the person driving the train was mad! Just very loud and ignorant!

I'm can't stand dealing with SEPTA and their incompetent customer service department. They will gladly take your money but won't refund you when they owe you due to their systems being down. Refund me my $7 I had to pay additionally because your systems were down. I wish we had another transportation line here in Philadelphia. From this illiterate email it sounds like they are saying to me that they are refunding me my money but when I call it's saying request was denied.
