Truly awful service. Most employees are rude, the EL never is on time, always overcrowded, herded like cattle. Today we have an extreme heat advisory and there were no trains waiting at Frankford Terminal during rush hour. they've had 100+ years to get it together.
Horrible they never know what’s going on with their services we never are made aware of detours such as this one tonight on broad and Olney not acceptable. Now ppl are late for work or whatever they have to do. But is not like y’all care then u have the nerve to call strikes. Philadelphia should go on a strike against septa and see how y’all feel about that. I would never recommend septa.
Your septa bus blocks this same lane everyday at 309 and cheltenham. I sit here and wait for 5-10 minutes trying to get through this light just because your bus blocks my path of travel !!! I want answers
If you are a new user, don't expect to have any idea what train you are getting on, they don't use numbers or signs. To you it will be a silver box without description. when you get inside there aren't any announcements as to where it is headed or what stop you are at either. These things seem like common sense, but not to Philly. can't ask a conductor either...bc there may be only one who stays in one cart for the duration of your ride. it will be your job to figure out which door is opening to let you out as well.... don't... read more
You stink Septa!!! But more EL trains on in the morning and at night and make them come faster! Longer than every 4 minutes! This week has been a disgrace!!!!
RecommendedMy wife and I went to the Mann Center for a show and we used the Mann Loop to get from Center City and back. Gerry our driver was super friendly getting there and back. Sure beat figting traffic and 25 bucks to park!

Some type of notification that the MFL was running instead of the OWL would have been nice!! A simple alert on the website goes a long way. Instead I waited for the OWL for 30 minutes before I spoke to an operator that was able to tell me why the buses weren’t arriving, which caused me to have to wait another 40 minutes on a dark street corner alone for my next bus. If you have an alternative to riding with SEPTA I highly advise that you take full advantage of it.
