Trenton line is a mess - late all the time, crappy trains, signal issues - for what we pay you would think they would upgrade the cars - and have better systems in place!

Terrible customer service (over the phone)! We called in to Septa to try to HELP and confirm that there may be a problem with a bus and was met with not only no help, but incredibly RUDE responses from the woman that answered the phone. She could have said thank you, but instead decided to be rude and condescending. I'll think twice about calling in to help again if that's the response I can expect to receive.

They dont even go to Pottsville. The further they go is Pottstown. Not even by rail. This is why Uber and Lyft are winning.

I have never met a more incompetent mass transit system. I swear no one can do their job half way right especially on the city side. Drivers just walk off and their routes never get replaced or it takes an hour for a supervisor to approve it.

Business is ran poorly. Routes never on time. Takes advantage of the monopolization of public trans. Price rises, service gets worse.

Clearly mark you regional rail trains. I just missed an important connection because there was no sign on the train. And ... the conductors who had to have seen me hesitating could have announced “west Trenton” ... but really - why can’t septa consistently identify each train???

If you want to be late to work take Septa. Rush hour trains stop running at 8 am instead of 9! There are still people going to work after 8am! So inconvenient!
