Train leaving late, yet again, because the driver gets out and smokes at my stop. Believe it or not, 3 minutes makes a difference especially when there’s only one car at 655 in the morning, which is ridiculous at such a common commute time. Booooo.

tacony line is the unloved step child of septa. the trains going in and out of the city are NEVER on time and often cancelled. they dont know what the word dependable means. septa gets away with treating its riders like garbage because they have no competition out there. $145 a month to be late to work at least 2-3 times a week if not more.

The trains are horrible. The express train for Marcus Hook was over 40 minutes late and they stopped the local train to let the late train pass which is ridiculous. Its one thing its a train is five or ten minutes late but 40 minutes and you want to let them pass. That express train should have been canceled all together. You suck big time septa

They suck. Always running late. Trains are falling apart. Workers have major attitude problems. Cost way too much for the service you get.

Your little traffic lights will not help traffic. If you want to help traffic tell your bus drivers to use there "Bus Only" Lane! They never use it and are the cause of traffic. Fix that first before you try to blame the public for your buses not being able to get around. Check your cameras so you can see for yourself! I guarantee if you check 10 bus cameras you will see only 1 or 2 bus drivers will use the "Bus Only" Lane!

Septa's service has been more horrible than usual lately. The Market Frankford line is never running on time during rush hour in the morning. There's always a bunch of people waiting on the platforms which of course results in overcrowded trains and me arriving to work late! Get it together Septa!

Thanks for nothing, SEPTA! Emergent situation on the Fox Chase Line, so you reroute us to Fern Rock, tell us there will be connecting buses, PROVIDE NO INFORMATION ON WHERE THE BUSES WILL BE OR HOW THEY WILL NUMBERED WHEN THEY COME FOR US. Everyone waiting for the connecting buses is still waiting or took an Uber/Lyft. This is the second time in two weeks a one-way commute will take 2+ hours.

Stop robbing consumers of their hard earned money. SEPTA and everyone running it are a bunch of criminals. I hate you as a corporation.
