This whole system sucks. The drivers are ignorant, they dont like to kneel the buses nor do they like to speak. The buses or either late or come too early. You call and complain nothing is ever done about it. People depend on this service to get to and from work and school on time. When yall late or dont show up it puts the riders in a bad situation
Unreliable service coupled with in accurate schedule updates. The trains and stations are unclean, old, crowded, and neglected. The staff generally does not care about commuters.
Bus driver never stopped at designated bus stops. Why would you guys care you already have our money on your prepaid cards. If you miss a fare you still get paid.
Regional rail consistently runs late. Can’t use a keycard like a debit card, but funds expire. Get into the 21st century, Septa.
MFL is insanely packed during rush hour. Not enough trains and not running with enough frequency.
when trains are late, they give NO reason/explanation as to why to all the passengers waiting on a train. 11-1-19 fiasco was due to a missing crew member. Really??!!! trains were 30+ minutes late for every train behind the Doylestown train. UNACCEPTABLE!
Avoid using this terrible excuse for public transportation unless you’re absolutely desperate. Trains are ALWAYS late, no matter the time, day or weather. Poorly run company that does NOT care about its customers.
When in the world will you run on time????? Perfect weather & still delayed, DISGRACE
