Your routes that aren't directly in the city have horribly placed and mislabeled stops especially along Montgomery ave. you have at least 3 separate 44 routes and it's absolutely inconvenient and at times dangerous.

can’t ever be on time, I’m waiting for the el now and no one seems to know what’s happening! Get off one el and get on the other el and now get off and got back to the original train we were on! I know things happened but this is too often

Best experience with Regional Rail! All Septa employees at University City, 30th Street Station (especially the ladies at Customer Care counter and gates 4/5 steps @6:45 am today), and all train conductors on each train we rode today were exceptionally kind and helpful.
There is always a problem with the 99. Drivers would skip the KOP transit stop consistently. The bus is never on time. when it originate at KOP they leave early. The schedule does not allow good time for travel connections. It makes no sense.
This what I sent to Septa Police today and received no response whatsoever: There is a guy who sits at 17th & JFK every day drinking his six pack and yelling and cursing at people waiting for buses. Where are the transit police? Last thing I need to deal with after work is the smell of beer and vomit! Yet they allow this to happen every single day. Probably all afraid of the cold!
Why is Suburban station so filthy and scary- I pay good money to ride the trains and I shouldn't have to feel like I am walking thru skid row day and night- Never see police or anything- its a disgrace
