Rode 21 yesterday and wish I didn't! It was packed like normal days, no social distancing, people standing at the door and not moving, no masks on and coughing, what the heck is going on!

RecommendedIF YOU HAVE NO OTHER WAY, RIGHT NOW SEPTA'S LOOKING OUT...
they allow their customers to be put in harm's way. they should be ashamed and should also stand firm in their, now reneged policy.
The executives at Septa did not think through thier plan when they reduced service. They cut off route 49 which is how people in my neighborhood get to their ESSENTIAL jobs at CHOP, UPenn, 2 grocery stores and at least one pharmacy, and they also cut off route 79 that connects with the Broad Street line. This is not life line service-this is a knee-jerk reaction that will make things worse for a large part of the city.
They could improve by finding better things to do than harass people who are trying to get to work for not wearing face masks. How many bullies does it take to remove one man from a bus?
Your new schedule has essentially made it impossible for essential workers to get to their jobs. i.e. the #37 line from 61st & Passyunk to Chester!
Why would y’all cut the 33 and 48 how r ppl getting to Pennsylvania Hosptial and Jefferson or Wills eye ?
Dont lie to customers. Dont let people pay for a service thats done for the night.
