I really wish that you guys would make the green line trolleys ada accessible especially for amputees. It is pretty hard climbing up and down those three steps on those trolleys and trying to get thru those narrow doors.
Your Septa key card is seriously flawed and needs to be fixed! I purchased a weekly trail pass from YOUR wallingford station for this week. Your agent said it was for this week. Now it says its for the following week. I don't need it for next week!! I called the customer service and they can't fix it?! How can you not switch my purchase to accommodate for this week?! Then a refund won't be given for 8-10 weeks?!!! This needs to change!! You should have never changed from the paper passes! This is BS! NOW I CAN'T GET TO WORK!... read more
septa iscgrate ride the trane
Trash, drug addicts, poor connection service. People smoke on the platforms and on the EL train and nothing gets done.
If the regional rail trains are being delayed across the board 15, 20, 25 minutes, why wouldn’t Septa at least make an announcement as a courtesy to their riders?

your bus service sucks. Everytime I contact customer service if a bus is 10 mins late they always say either a driver called out or there's been a incident. the amount of times I hear both is sad,do you not screen your workers or do y'all just don't care for your customers
