the 45 bus has been making me late to work almost every morning
the bus was late 25 min and the driver drove rite by my with a half full bus SEPTA IS VERY RACIST TOWARDS WHITE PEOPLE
I just got to the 30th street platform for Paoli Thorndale 4:48. Doors were open. Waved to the conductor who was at the train door closest to staurs. As I approached the door it closed so I knocked on window as he looked at me. Twenty seconds later the train pulls out. Plenty of time to open that door. Nice job. This is why SEPTA needs competition. They have zero customer service. This gentleman clearly liked watching someone miss the train. Just looked me in the eye and walked away.
Got on the train to Trenton at 8:28am at Jefferson station.. to Torresdale.. it stops at 30th street and said it was the last stop.. can some one tell me where it shows that On this schedule? I was heading to a funeral Septa!!
I live two blocks from a suburban train station - North Wales. yet, I do not take SEPTA Regional Rail often and not nearly as much as i had planned when i purchased my home as i work in the city. The service is next to terrible. The trains are constantly late and overcrowded. SEPTA operators do not have a customer oriented focus - they do not care! I find it easier to drive into the city than to constantly deal with SEPTA schedules/lateness and dare I say, feeling unsafe?? most stations are ok during peak travel times, but d... read more

Why are the conductors so rude? I am on the 11:02am R7 to Trenton and they are the worst. Say hello and good morning to them and they just ignore you........
