So much for making everyone get the Septa Key AND making you purchase a paper ticket to do regional rail because they won’t take cash on it until after 8. Don’t make people get a key if you can’t integrate them.
SEPTA has to be the WORST publc transit system in the U.S. single-day buses, trains Etc! why even have a schedule when none of your bus lines or trains run on them? I wonder how many people lost their jobs because of your sucky service?!?!?
You must be aware, but I wanted to point out your iOS app doesn’t work on the new iOS or maybe it’s just the new phone. You might want to have a look at it.
Bus operators will sit at which ever loop and when it's time for the bus to leave the driver/operator will ingage in a telephone conversation and is well aware it's time to pull off. I don't have anyone 4 digit number because it happened on seperate occasions where the bus was parked back and i couldn't see them. Always have bad customer experience with the bus drivers.
You can start by fixing the app!! I updated my phone to IOS 12 and everytime I try to check any times for any transportation it slams shut. I had to stand in the pouring rain today because I had no idea what time the bus was coming and the bus stop was too far to just run out to the bus.
Since the start of the septa key program I have had like 5 card replacements. I catch a bus, a trolley and the El to work. so I am quite familiar with these cards. I have been required to pay two times to replace their malfunctioning card since the requirement to pay for card replacements has gone into effect. I am being told by customer service that since it works on their computer when they tap the card, my card is functioning as if I like to take time out of my day to complain about a card that is working. They workers are nasty, rude and heartless. Septa is getting over on their passengers not realizing that without us, your passengers Septa wouldn’t exist. It’s because of your passengers that y’all get paid, it’s because our money that your business is able is to get over us, and y’all really got over on us with ridiculous Septa Key cards.
