Septa just sucks!!! nothing is ever on time
Why are you building a gas plant in Nicetown? A gas plant. In 2018. IN A DENSELY POPULATED NEIGHBORHOOD. Who does that?? Not someone who lives there or has children there.
Busses are hardly ever on time They run lights They run stop signs We need a new bus company because septa sucks... I have a child that takes the bus to school and is late all the time. He kept telling me the bus doesn’t let anyone on... So I went out with him to find out that the bus really wasn’t letting him on. Walk, bike, Uber or skateboard. I saw bed bugs on a bus and it had been on the news. Nope, nope, nope! Clean the buses!
RecommendedThey only know how to got people money 💰 .after anyone call the septa customer care taking 1/2 hours on line after that they give u service after that u waiting for your money 1/2 month it’s does matter to them . It’s already 2months they did not give my money ..they said it’s processing. Ask about how long it possibly they don’t know about.i have everything for documents ..but they have no option to prove.i call them lot off time different person give me different solution .The solution only waiting. Because it’s just awful customer service—why have 11 ticket windows at Suburban Station and then have only 4 people working during rush hour at 5pm? And then you have these ticket machines around once been touting for months and months that still don’t work. Why is Philadelphia transportation so behind every other modern city?! Stop 16326 is so overgrown with weeds that the only way to catch the bus is by standing in the street. When you call the number to inform Septa, it’s out of order.
Complete rip off with the septa key card! They charge you 5 dollars for the card and you can’t even use it twice on the same station! The make you buy another card or a 1 trip ticket! The customer service is a joke! All they do is sit inside their air conditioning room turning off their microphone doing nothing when asking for help! Instead of going forward they went backwards!
