they charge way to much for the buses to be dirty and run down if your ever in Philly get an uber because septa services are no good ...also they have buses infected with bed bugs ... no to this service

SEPTA consistently detours busses without notification and posts inaccurate scheduling information. I missed a surgeons appointment because of the constant malfeasance. Also, attendants in the subway often abandon their posts and many of the fare machines refuse to take cash now and when they do the cards they dispense often won’t swipe.
How could u not notice that your bus is INFESTED WITH BUGS and BED BUGS AT!
Not only did the train show up late on a day where the heat index is hovering close to 100 degrees, but the air conditioning on the train is barely working. I've honestly never dealt with a more inept organization.
Please clean all trains and buses consistently, very depressing commute home today a on filthy bus without air conditioning.
