Septa Key is the absolute worst website I have used since the 90s. It is not responsive or mobile-friendly at all. That’s just insane for 2018. The large picture icons are not clickable, but the tiny words under them are. Sometimes I can’t log into the site at all. You have to do like seven steps to add a pass to your card. It’s extremely frustrating and user-unfriendly. As for septa itself, it’s filthy. I’ve been taking it my entire life, and it just gets dirtier and more disgusting. I would love for someone else to take ov... read more

I don't understand why your key card for a weekly pass isn't unlimited rides. I work in Home Care and i have to take more then 8 rides a day. I don't understand how nobody else is complaining. I am not rich. It's not fair. Am I right or what?

So if your new shiny system for paying doesn’t work I have to pay to get on the train then pay AGAIN when I get somewhere that actually has a working machine. You’re people are rude as heck too. Your system blows

June 24 2018, Bus number 5616, Route 7 [I believe] was driving very recklessly and without a care for other vehicles around. TWICE he cut me off when I had no room to move over. The second time was at the red light just outside of ShopRite on Oregon Ave. and he was within 6 inches of hitting the side of my car. He needs retrained on how to drive AND PAY ATTENTION TO HIS SURROUNDINGS!!!! Drivers like him are why there are so many accidents on the roads today.

I love how they make schedules and drivers don't adhere to them.

Like this is ridiculous I get off at 4:30pm for the past 2 days I have been waiting for a the el at 34 th street for over 10 mins ... at about 10 mins the lady gets on and says equipment problems ! Like y’all can’t make sure the trains are good for rush hour. Also it’s is now pointless to wait for the Lucy by my job which just goes in a circle you can walk to your destination quicker than they pick you up...

CHANGE THE TRENTON REGIONAL SCHEDULE ON SITE AND ON APP. This is the 3rd time I went to Croydon platform for the 9:53 am train. Is there even a 9:53 am stop??? It's definitely not "late," because it straight up isn't even listed on the electronic schedule. I end up taking the 10:0something Chestnut Hill that stops at Croydon. 9:53 and 10:0someshit is a big fucking difference when you commute to work.

If there was an option for 0 stars I would choose that. It is unacceptable to not have the air conditioning working on a packed train with one car closed on the way home. It is 95 degrees outside today and everyone of your “customers” who pay your ridiculous monthly pass fees and ride on the lansdale/ doylestown line are unhappy, hot and ANGRY! As long as you get paid you don’t care about the passengers comfort. It is currently 90 degrees on this train right now... not that Septa will do anything about this... Inexcusable!!!... read more
