Everyone from the top to the bottom needs to be FIRED and new people hired. If you are late or don't show up for work you are FIRED. The ticket checkers (they aren't conductors because they do nothing) can't even implement the quiet ride car. Unreliable
So two days in a row now a lazy worthless septa driver drove right past me at my bus stop causing me to miss my next bus. They bitch and complain every few years for more money but aren't even worth the money they get paid now. There are a few really nice drivers on the 66 but lately all I am having is problems. Its costing me more money cause I have to take an Uber the rest of the way just to make it to work ontime. It was more accurate when your motto was “We’re getting there.” It made me feel like you acknowledged that there was room from improvement and are trying to attain it. Now, after waiting 40 mins for my trolley to show up, I get to see signs saying “dude it’s rude...trolleys aren’t diners.” Well Septa, if you were getting there in a more effective way, people could get home and eat their dinner but rather, you’d like to chastise your paying customers. I love this app is easy to get around town this right
waiting over an hour, charged 5 dollars to a shutlle bus 1 stop, put back on the train, n sitting waiting almost an hour until the train moves. i live six miles outsid the city n today i wish id walked.
Septa Key card was declined even though I checked the balance prior to getting on. Had to walk miles to get home
Do you routinely assess ridership? Since the trenton train was pushed from 421 to 429pm, the train has been standing room only. With the heat coming up, I can't wait to be smushed every night.
The regional rail service is a disgrace and unreliable. Other cities are laughing at us SEPTA does not even care. Lucky us! Update... Still sucks.
