A dog named Abal has worked as a service dog for SEPTA and lived with his handler for 5 years. Abal's handler is being transferred to another division (not by choice) and SEPTA claims they will give Abal to another handler. Abal has bonded with his handler's family and he should be allowed to stay with them! The family has offered to buy another service dog for SEPTA but SEPTA hasn't agreed. Regional Rail has poor service, poor equipment and no communication. Very unreliable ... it seems the earlier you leave to get to work, the later you arrive at work. Regional rails are substandard. Shame on you Septa!
Honestly, everyday I pray that somehow, someway, another Transit Agency comes and gives SEPTA a run for their money.
I hate y’all key card system it only takes a certain amount of bills and when I just tried to purchase a monthly transpass with cash it says it’s too much so I’m guessing I need to put the money on the card or purchase a transpass even though you can’t report it as lost or stolen. Y’all not like New York metro card.
2nd day in a row over a hour waiting for the 109. But system status says it’s fine!
Worse service ever and I mean ever but they want to raise rates every year fix the system first. The subs shut down at the blink of an eye...and if you not at city hall or arch street good luck with catching a shuttle to get you home the fucking Worse!!!
