Why are there only 2 CARS ON THE 544PM LOCAL TO Newark and then it doesn't stop at university city... really, I don't think the 10 people waiting would have tipped the scales, but 10 people are now delayed to their jobs, their homes, their loved ones!!!!
Used kiosk to get a weekly transpass. It prints out a receipt informing me that it was unable to dispense all of my change. Called customer service and they said if I don't hear back in a week to call again. I put in $40 got back 50 cents.....and now the battle of $14 begins. Horrible!
I am so sick of being late to work because the 75 doesn't show up at the scheduled times! I travel from Northwood to South Philly and that's already a nightmare as it is, but SEPTA makes it 10 times more hellish. The bus was supposed to be at my stop at 6:16, it is now 6:30 and no bus. Every day this week in extreme cold temperatures the broad street line sub has had no HEAT cold carts and ice cold seats the fairs went up and continue to go up but basic needs of the people aren’t met i know the conductor probably has heat in his space ��
At this moment ..7:25..on a septa.route 27 disregarding all safety ..people are jammed and leaning against the front door...why are they allowed to do this feeling very unsafe
Don't see the point to even complain this company will only reply with an automated message and when you call they could care less. You complain to a bus driver and they tell you to catch a uber or start driving. News flash if everyone did that you would be out of business and you will be unemployed. Never on time. I waited hours for a bus that never showed up because someone put a sign up stating wrong information. You see these guys taking breaks relaxing knowing people are waiting and the buses are late. DISRESPECTFUL
