Sometimes, in winter, believe it or not, IT SNOWS. People still need to get around! The roads are clear, the snow has stopped, and you still decide to shut down basically all the major bus routes! Boy, that 26.00 I pay each week for that transpass is really feeling worth it today! ��
Why keep one thing going and cancel the busses and sent their people home and now my boyfriend's son is stranded there. Don't like them at all.

I just want to give credit to Barry who drove the 44 today (bus #3050?) through the snow to get all his passengers to their destinations when the regional rail to Ardmore was down and people were stranded. It was incredibly slow going (3 hours to get from Center City to Ardmore), difficult, and stressful, but Barry was dedicated to getting his passengers home no matter what. Making people wait outside in extreme cold and 40 mph wind gusts for a train that nobody knows is coming or not.
There were no postings, advisories, or announcements from the bus driver that my bus would detour and ended up wasting a fare. This is on top of Septa being extra early or extra late.
Y'all suck!!! Customers pay MORE money for people that ride buses in North Philly especially going towards Broad and Erie (53 bus) to always be the hell Late in the morning after 8: 03am!!! There is always an ISSUE!!! I was at the 4 bus stop at broad and South Penn waiting for the 8: 40 PM Bus to come... You think the bus ever came? FUCK NO but the 16 bus, and the 32 bus came so why didn't the 4 bus????
